There were big fish in the surf yesterday morning. Although are biggest weigh-in was 37 pounds we know that there have been several big monsters caught and released up the North end. Frank H had a 50 incher 52 pound catch and release and Paul Randy and Charlie had several in the same range. I have pictures of them that they brought in to me, now I just have to figure out how to scan them and put them up. The bite was an early bite but steady with big fish.

 Today Bruce LeBlanc nailed a 43 1/2 inch 26 pound striper to claim the ACFishing.com bounty. He now is 790.00 clams richer. They said there was a steady bite all night with keepers all around. Bruce was waiting at the door when Fred and Jim opened the shop this morning. I will update later to see if the bite continued.
