Just want to put out a special thanks to Lt Phil and the gang for putting together such a wonderful event in under a month. We had 250 kids, 70 volunteers and over 10,000 smiles. Despite some of the worst surf conditions that we had, it did not bother the kids one bit. Most of the kids did not leave the water for the full 3 hours of fishing. It would have been nice if the fish cooperated but you can't have everything and it didn't matter to the kids that were having a blast. I also would like to thank all the volunteers that should up, there are to many to individually thank but you know who you are. With out everybody helping out we could have never done what we did. I have been getting so many e-mails and phone calls from people wanting to know the date for next year so they can plan on being here again. As soon as I know it will be posted and the word will passed on.

Again thanks to all that contributed to all that made it a huge success.
