Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water, Bob Hart goes and catches a 40 pound striper off the surf in Brigantine. People are saying it was just a fluke but I know the difference and it was definitely a striper. The weather is beautiful now that the morning monsoons have passed by and it should be nice the rest of the week. July 4th weekend is here and that's when the summer crowds will be heading down to see if they can catch the kingfish and blues. We know the flounder are out there as we have been weighing in flounder to 12 pounds being caught on Riptide Spot. The blue fin bite is starting to heat up and they are not to far out. Guys have been sharking for the past couple of weeks and seem to be hitting pretty good. We are loaded up with all your offshore needs but it's always better to call up and reserve all your bait and chum.
