Mike Klaschka was the unofficial winner of the Buckwheat Tournament that was held out of the Brigantine Yacht Club. He was fishing on the "Spin Cycle" boat captained by Walter and his first mate John Hand. The fish was 44 inches long and weighed 33 pounds. It was caught in the Absecon Inlet drifting live bait. The bite continues to be strong in Brigantine despite the rough current and bad conditions. If this wind lays down we should have a great day on Sunday.
