Congrats to the Flyer's for making it to the cup. I was rooting for them only because they were playing a Canadian team but now I will break out my BlackHawk jersey :). Good luck to the flygirls and they are playing some great hockey.. Now that I got that out of the way. I did get a chance to slip out and go catching yesterday on the boat with Karl Stock yesterday and did keep my streak alive as I was able to catch a 25 incher that was released back to grow to be a keeper one day.  We were sitting in the white waters for about 7 hours and only saw one other fish get caught (about a 20-25 pounder) and there were at least 6 boats out there. I guess we must be in between schools yesterday as I was told that it was very slow on the beach. Today I have not weighed in anything but was told about 5 fish that have been caught this morning so far including a 26 inch puppy drum. Mr Smith had a school of drum hit his nets yesterday but we could not find them on the boats. He was able to get me several bunker and half a tote of fresh herring and I will post as soon as he calls me today to let me know if he got into the bunker. This weekend starts the flounder season and we will be fully loaded with minnows, Gulp, and all the baits you need to make it a successful day on the water.
